Lastly, once the Services Package type is selected, customers will choose their PS Use Case Solutions to design their Services engagement, tailored to their business goals.
Package Types
Customers will need to choose between the two Professional Services Package Types that best meets their business goals.
Onboarding Packages
The Onboarding Package is best for customers who are standing up a new infrastructure. This option delivers a structured, outcome-driven implementation designed to establish a strong foundation for the customer's Keyfactor platform through a clearly defined scope and coordinated responsibilities. Onboarding packages are not modifiable. Any additions require the purchase of an Additional Services Package. Customers cannot experience new product/infrastructure onboarding without purchasing Professional Services. Customers can purchase Package Types for concurrent deployment, or separately.

Additional Services Packages
The Additional Services Package is an "a la carte" approach for customers seeking a flexible, outcome-focused engagement to accelerate continued value realization through tailored use-case deployments. In addition to the included features, the Additional Services Package includes the following main components.

Deployment of Use Case(s): Choose use case(s) from this list. Customers can choose as many use cases as needed. For additional adoption-based working sessions with Professional Services, customers can purchase additional Adoption Sets.
PS Adoption Sets: Professional Services Adoption Sets are comprised of 4 working sessions (2 sessions per week). Customers can purchase any number of Adoption Sets as needed. This service is designed to help customers maximize the operational value of their Keyfactor solutions through dedicated enablement.
General Scope of Services and Customer Participation
Services Engagements require the following Keyfactor responsibilities:
Install and configure each use case ensuring successful operations with customer environments.
Provide baseline customer enablement, displaying the steps for implementation and maintenance, to sustain successful operating procedures.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure operational success.
Working sessions (and amount of working sessions) are programmed to cover the baseline goals of the implementation as determined by Keyfactor. Additional working sessions (furthering customer enablement and specific configurations) can be purchased separately.
Services Engagements require the following customer participation and responsibilities:
The customer is responsible for provisioning and maintaining the required infrastructure and resources necessary for the implementation and operation of the Keyfactor solution.
The customer must ensure that relevant team members are available to participate in workshops and training sessions to gain the necessary knowledge and skills.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables provided by Keyfactor to ensure they meet the desired specifications and requirements.
Working sessions (and amount of working sessions) are programmed to cover the baseline goals of the implementation as determined by Keyfactor. Additional working sessions (furthering customer enablement and specific configurations) can be purchased separately.
