Service Descriptions

Keyfactor Responsibilities:

• Full Build Automation: Keyfactor will provide comprehensive automation of the build process, ensuring all components of the system are efficiently integrated and configured.

• Enable OAuth: Keyfactor will implement and configure OAuth for secure authentication and authorization across the system utilizing the customer’s OAuth 2.0 Identity Provider.

• On-Prem Enrollment: Keyfactor will facilitate the ability to enroll for certificates from on-premises systems and users, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

• Universal Orchestrator Base: Keyfactor will deploy the Universal Orchestrator without extensions to interact with servers and devices for certificate management and automation.

• Universal Orchestrator Extensions: Keyfactor will deploy and configure the Universal Orchestrator extensions to an existing Universal Orchestrator, providing advanced orchestration capabilities and extended automation functionalities.

• SSL/TLS Discovery: Keyfactor will instruct how to configure and enable SSL/TLS scanning to identify and inventory SSL/TLS certificates across a given network range.

• Enablement Trainings: Keyfactor will provide comprehensive training sessions to enable your team to effectively use and manage Keyfactor Command.

• 3rd Party Gateway Support: Keyfactor will install and configure an AnyCA Gateway and provide support for integrating third-party Certification Authorities, enhancing the interoperability of the system with various external services.

• PAM: Keyfactor will configure and implement your Privileged Access Management (PAM) provider to secure and manage privileged accounts and access to connected systems.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary infrastructure and resources: The customer is responsible for provisioning and maintaining the required infrastructure and resources necessary for the implementation and operation of the Keyfactor solution.

• Ensure availability of team members for workshops and training: The customer must ensure that relevant team members are available to participate in workshops and training sessions to gain the necessary knowledge and skills.

• Review and approve deliverables: The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables provided by Keyfactor to ensure they meet the desired specifications and requirements.
