The Signing Services Packages are specific to SignServer and Signum deployments bundled with essential services described in detail below.
Onboarding Bundle
The Onboarding core service provides a guided initialization and configurations of Keyfactor Signum to give customers secure code signing as a service. Customers can choose to add an Additional Services package for Professional Services-guided Signum Certificate Requests Configuration as well. Signum is only available in the SaaS portal platform.

makes it easy for IT teams and developers to sign code without friction, while

Signum Additional Services
Signum Architecture Services
Assisted enablement of Signum SaaS architecture and incorporating architecture elements into the overall PKI architecture.
Signum Installation Services
Initial Signum installation and configuration services including IdP setup, role creation, policy creation, alert configurations, and event configurations.
Signum Certificate Requests Configuration
Certificate request enablement and configurations for Signum.
General Scope and Customer Participation
Keyfactor Responsibilities:
Guided deployment and configuration of Signum in a hosted environment, which includes:
Initial Signum deployment and installation
Configure OAuth using the customer OAuth 2.0 identity provider
Generate and validate the certificate signing request
Import a CA-signed certificate into the admin console
Create additional roles and educate customer administrators
Customer Responsibilities:
Provide necessary infrastructure and resources: The customer is responsible for provisioning and maintaining the required infrastructure and resources necessary for the implementation and operation of the Keyfactor solution.
Ensure availability of team members for workshops and training: The customer must ensure that relevant team members are available to participate in workshops and training sessions to gain the necessary knowledge and skills.
Review and approve deliverables: The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables provided by Keyfactor to ensure they meet the desired specifications and requirements.
Working sessions (and amount of working sessions) are programmed to cover the baseline goals of the implementation as determined by Keyfactor. Additional working sessions (furthering customer enablement and specific configurations) can be purchased separately.
